plan calls it excessive and says he doesn't like it. The executive management crooks and their crony board at Coke have cooked up a plan that will have them owning about 16.5% of the iconic company. It will dilute the shares of us regular longtime Coke and Berkshire shareholders. It's straight up wealth redistribution. I guess it's ok as long as it redistributes upward. Executives deserve it. They are that much better and smarter than the rest of us or something like that.

There's a mechanism for controlling excessive pay, and that's the Board. It's thus his responsibility (if it's really so obscene) to vote no, not abstain. You should be more mad at Buffet for being a pussy than at the board members proposing the package.
