the "plan" you are bashing reaches down in the company to little ole me at my level.  So, just a few thoughts.

In the past 6 years, I have stayed a Diamond Hilton member, movd from 250,000 to a million miler on Delta.  I have missed birthdays and anniversaries.  I worked like hell in my career to get where I am and I like to think I have made a contribution to the success of The Coca-Cola Company.  It is a great company that rewards hard work.  All the way down the chain.  Trust me, I support Human Resources.  Opportunities are everywhere here.

So, when you rant about "Executive Bonus Plans", you might want to look beyond the faux journalism and realize there are a lot of people who have made huge sacrifices to earn what they receive.

As a side note... It is beyond amazing the sacrifices made by our military.  I honestly do not know how they do what they do.  The separation must be hell.  They deserve so much more than we give.
