I don't believe that.

If that starts happening, I'll admit that I'm wrong. Until then, it's just fear mongering.

Critics love to cite to Canada. And yes, people sometimes wait for certain types of care in Canada, but it comes. And you don't have Canadians saddled with ridiculous medical debt or dying because of lack of coverage. Same goes for most industrialized nations.

Yet for some inexplicable reason, Americans prefer to think scared and refuse to think big. Instead of meeting challenges (like past generations), we cower from them and prefer the comfort of the devil that we know.

Sloan Kettering, where I got treated, is already not on the approved list for any Obamacare plans. The guy that did my surgery is not, either. These plans are constraining suppliers (docs, hospitals) and increasing demand by taking on sick people. When supply is constrained and demand increased, there must by definition be longer waits for lower quality. That's not fearmongering, that's the laws of economics.
