"The 2nd doesn't say...."

Message Replied To ==========

I didn't realize there was a specific law written to protect...

the right of the individual to not wear shirts, shoes, or things. Don't get me wrong, I actually agree with the restaurants, and wish business still had the ability to deny service to anyone. But, that ship sailed long ago.

..."you can bring your loaded gun anywhere you please". You can't bring it into a bar in many places, you can't bring it into airports, you can't bring it into govt buildings, etc. It's not like denying service because one is black or whatever. You can't walk into a nice restaurant in a bathing suit and nothing else and demand to be served. You can't walk into a store swearing at the top of your lungs and expect to be served. It's the same with guns. Business owners have the right to determine what voluntary acts are a disruption to their businesses and restrict them accordingly.
