Because he isn't on their team. I've criticized Obama and I'll do it again. He's disappointed me in many, many ways.

But the economy has been better under him than the last two GOP presidents. And it's night and day from the very last one.

So many (including some in this thread) were very vocal about what we could expect from O in the second term, because he was an anti-business president.

But that's the problem. People today think if they write a check, and are able to pull out some cash, that even though the check bounces and despite their negative balance, things are good.

I happily salute any good economic news. But for the little gains here and there, fall historically short considering the long term cost, no I will never star a post that thanks Obama (or Bush) with regard to the economy.

To say that Obama has been a good president with regards to the economy, might be the most blindly partisan thing ever written on this board.
