Put those 'necks on the stand and run the videotape of all these drivers, including Stewart, on the track taunting other drivers, then the sound of Stewart reving his engine. $20M to settle out of court. ==============================because the decedent's own flaming dumbassery was the actual as well as proximate cause of his death. Moron in dark clothing gets out and goes to the middle of a dirt track in a dark corner around which race cars were going at high rates of speed....he then deliberately approaches one of said race cars despite the exteme risk of said behavior so he could point his finger and the rules of Darwinian evolution took hold. No recovery. I just wish we'd adopt the English Rule so that you would have to pay the Defendant's attorney fees too. |
