Message Replied To ========== Folks, the whole idea of a ONE GAME SUSPENSION is that you are punished by NOT BEING ABLE TO PLAY IN ONE GAME! So, unless we decide to suspend these guys for some other game TBD, this is a FARSE. BBG ==============================They did not get their full reps in practice. They did not get to dress for the game. There was no run out of the tunnel for them. There was no chance of playing whatsoever. They were really not part of the team activities for the first game week. We do not know what they did to deserve the suspension. I will agree that they did not serve their entire punishment, but to suggest that no punishment was served is silly. I think of this as house arrest. Why do some get to serve time while free? I'll just let the coaches enforce the rules if the indiscretions are not criminal in nature. I suspect that they mouthed off, or missed class. I wonder if Jameis Winston would have even had his name mentioned for such atrocities. |
