From what I saw UF was until midway through the third quarter, when it became obvious the D was gassed.

I thought the kids were fired up and came to play. Give Muschamp and Co credit for having them believing. I realize that isn't enough, but its huge. The staff will be challenged to get the kids back up after what happened and the clamor of the mob.

Stop blamming Driskel. The OL, already a weakspot, got further weakend by injuries. UF couldn't open holes for the backs. Of course Bama and UF realized this, and Bama was able to tee off on him. If you removed the dropped passes (inexcusable), sacks and hurries (when he didn't have a chance) it wasn't much different of a performance than any other QB would have faired. I say this as someone that has been calling for more Treon from the jump. I was the one saying Treon may be the key to the season. I would have been rolling him in a few possessions a half regardless of how Driskell was performing, just to develop depth. This is where losing the Idaho game really hurt. But I am as confused as anyone why he isn't being used (at least in a wildcat type deal as I opined).

The defensive secondary is bad. Great athletes that are not prepared to play. Granted they are young, but that was a ridicluous display. I said last year that Pease was a scapegoat and the D cost 3 games(including the UGA & GSU games) The front 7 wore out, but I don't remember seeing Jay-nard in the game. Some young guys like JB & Brantley etc might help. Very confused by the lack of rotations.

What has happened to Fullwood? Bailey? Just not impressed at all with recieving corps. They were a weakspot last year. Either Leak and the guy last year can't coach, or there is recruiting problem.

Same for the OL. Except its definitley a recruiting problem. This has been pointed out by most. It won't go away until the line is rebuilt wth quality depth.

The Gators just got steamrolled by a program that has been stockpiling talent the last 3 plus years. Muschamp has been trying to rebuild for 3 years. We look like we still need rebuilding.The results speak for themselves.

The Vols will be in a frenzy. Typically very young teams like the Vols play timid on the road and fired up at home. This game has the season riding on it just like many predicted it would pre-season. The drama couldn't be higher, with Muschamp's career and Gator bowl eligibilty on the line.

be touched by a receiver than it should be caught... go get every freaking balll everytime no matter where the heck it is... every time every play... i saw a few guys take a hit but saw several where the guy didn't sacrafice his entire life to go get the ball and catch it... got to have that attitude like our greats of the past had. I remember feeling like Riley Cooper thought everything in the air was his... Little McGriff didn't care, the ball was his, Jack and Willie Jackson owned the ball, all those tight ends made db's fear them... catch the freaking ball no matter where it is or go sit down and let someone else try...just go get it
