There are literally THOUSANDS of articles from news agencies not blogs about all of these things.

The ACA seeks to base payment on ACO's which means, to comply, physicians are left with little choice except to "partner" with hospitals..hospitals will only do this if they can fully acquire the practices such that they can bill the facility fee for extra revenue (which doubles and triples the costs for the same service). This is completely driven by the ACA --only the most partisan refuse to look at the evidence.

So far, everything I had predicted about the ACA has come true on the timetable I expected, even with the delays.

The shakeup in private insurance due to the bill has forced most people to change doctors,change hospitals and pay tremendous amounts more for their insurance FOR LESS COVERAGE.
