"Driskel gives us the best chance to win"

Judging from practice this may be true. But what we are seeing in the games is a different story. Driskel should start the games...but if he isn't sharp, on target with simple 12 yd curl routes that are wide open, cannot hit the ocean from the end of a pier on a deep ball, then it is time to try Harris or someone else.

At that point, Driskel DOES NOT give us the best chance to win....this can change during the games and it is a coach's instincts to make these adjustments. You cannot expect a different results when you continue to do the same things.

Perhaps Harris goes in and is no better...at least you have cover that option and it looks like you are trying everything to win....not trying leaves doubt as to what MAY HAVE HAPPENED had he put him in.

Muschamp doesn't have the time to leave these type questions on the table iyam...why he thinks he does is baffling.

Driskel will start against Tennessee. Driskel should start against Tennessee. He has had success there. He won there. Based on the matchups on both lines of scrimmage, this should be a game where we can run the ball much better than we did against Alabama and hopefully Driskel settles down with some early success. We have to stay out of 3rd and 7+. I'm 99% sure there will be some kind of package for Harris if Driskel struggles (or even if Driskel is doing well) and we can go from there... I like Harris - but to start him at Tennessee after he completed two passes on a dog tired EMU team that was over matched from the beginning would be not be my choice either. We have to beat Tennessee to keep us from having to play spoiler all year - win at all costs (on the field)... so I'd start Driskel but he has a short leash.
