Message Replied To ========== The FU chant I was really surprised when I heard the FU chant on TV. It was very clear what they were saying and it caught me off guard. The amazing thing was that it wasn't a result of some terrible late hit or some really awful call by the ref's. They were realizing that they were about to lose another one and chanted that at us because we are a better team. I've been going to college games since the late 70's and I don't recall ever hearing a crowd chanting that. I enjoy the rivalry's and have been known to be a pretty obnoxious fan at away games, but I think that the great rivalry's in college football are what makes it great. I hope I never hear The Swamp sound like that sour grapes bull we heard yesterday. it means we're WINNING. They just laugh at you when they've got you beat. You're a joke then. When they direct their butt-hurt and hate towards you, you should drink it in like sweet nectar of the gods. Its the taste of victory. |
