1) I have NOT supported the governments (CDC's) position at all. Matter of fact I have been pretty clear that I think there should be no flights from West Africa to ANYWHERE, that there should be strict quarantine for 21 days of anyone who has been exposed to someone with Ebola or has recently travelled from an epidemic region, and that strict "contract tracing" should be done in the region which would isolate all travel in and out of the epidemic region. THAT IS NOT AT ALL IN SUPPORT OF WHAT THE CDC IS SAYING.--

2) Droplet precautions has ALWAYS been a part of Ebola and Marburg virus precautions. This article is not saying anything new about the virus that has not been known for 30 years.--nonsense--it was recommended by WHO and CDC but has not been put into practice even in the USA in ambulances or ERs--much less in Spain or Africa

3) Ebola poses no threat to be an epidemic in developed countries. PERIOD. Neither I nor Wayne has EVER said there would not be cases in the US..matter of fact we said the exact opposite..unlike your lie about "it will never happen here" that you keep posting. An isolated case here and there is nowhere near the level of an epidemic nor is it anywhere near the level of hysteria you are making of it. You have ZERO knowledge of what you are talking about. ZERO.--I didnt say it would be an epidemic but it WILL infect many here and in Europe--Do you agree with that--show me where I said an epidemic is likely here--you were saying below, that there have been NO transmissions out of Africa and certainly implied, wrongly that would be the case in the future

4)Ebola poses a significant threat to tens of thousands , not in the developed world, but in the third world, and as such is a huge humanitarian crisis.--NO not tens of thousands the threat is much greater than that, as you will see going forward which of course is why you are right that quarantine(S) are needed
