With your two hires of Ron Zook and Will Muschamp, you have effectively returned our program to its status in the years before Ray Graves. You could not have found two better candidates to orchestrate the destruction of the Gator program. My only hope for a return to greatness is  that you will resign so we can find an AD to rebuild our program now that you have brought it to its knees.

I feel sorry for Ron Zook And Wll Muschamp because you put them in a position to fail. They reached their level of incompetence. Neither was even remotely ready to be a head coach of a major program. You have done a terrible thing to them and their families.

I would be most happy to accept your resigntion tomorrow morning. We need to start to rebuild what you have destroyed. My greatest fear is that you will stay in your job and make another disasterous hire. I have absolutely no faith in your ability to choose the right person to be head football coach at the University of Florida.
