People jumping on each other left and right, whenever one post is too optimistic or another is too pessimistic?  Why?  Because people's personalities don't match?  What in the world is wrong with everybody?  In every part of society, there are people who are optimistic to a fault, people who are naysayers to a fault and every degree in between.  As to the frequency of folks posting their personality-driven opinions on the same subject, in a season where we are not playing well and/or in the midst of a coaching search, is it any surprise that opinions about what to do about it are going to be the most frequent subject?  It seems like every time a poster posts a straightforwardly negative or positive opinion that is consistent with their other posts, the other side makes a snark about it.  And it seems like its the same five or six people who spend so much time critiquing others' posts, rather than expressing their own opinions, whatever they are.  It's like 7th grade. 

I can understand calling people out when they violate board rules.  But doing it just because you don't like the person's approach is making this a less enjoyable place.   Argue your point.  Quit snarking just because you object to the other guy's approach.
