Message Replied To ========== Will you take a more critical look at our next HC hire.. than you did when Muschamp was hired? Or will you throw your undying loyalty to him and do the trust Foley thing? In my opinion the HC options appear to be slim pickins, and we are not going to get a world beater. I fear there is no rabbit in Foley's hat and he will come up way short in exciting the fan base. These last 4 years have sucked the life out of the program, it will take a special HC to fire things up, first on the recruiting front, and then on the field. ============================== If I look at the next hire more critically, who cares and what is that going to do? Should I post my critical analysis on a message board and that will change how things end up? Maybe we should all complain about whoever the new coach is because it isn't a slam dunk and start calling for him to be fired ASAP? That would surely do a lot of good and show Foley what we think! Be critical all you want or support all you want, but it won't have any impact on what happens down the road. Some may say they liked or disliked the hire and be on the right side of the result, so should those people get a cookie for being "right"? |
