Curious what our female posters think of the Conduct Code hearing

I assume Supreme Court justice Major B. Harding is a crusty old white guy. Were you comfortable with him hearing the case? Do you think it  might have gone differently if a female judge had heard the case?  How about a liberal female judge? How about Florida NOW chapter President?

Was a woman considered I wonder? If not why not?

==============================

by the time the case got to each of them, TPD and fsu had successfully stalled to the point that the evidence was spoiled and the trail cold.  There was nothing possible to do at that point even if Meggs and the judge in this case were totally honest - and I have no reason to assume they were not.

The problem was in the attempt to discourage the Acucser and the outright refusal to investigate by TPD as well as the refusal to investigate or hold a hearing by fsu which learned of the accusation very quickly from TPD....then did nothing about it for almost 2 years.

When Jimbo and fsu fans say "there wasn't sufficient evidence" they are right.  Of course this conveniently overlooks the fact that this was the direct result of deliberate actions taken by those who were supposed to do the investigating.

"I yet believe that the maintenance of the rights and authority reserved to the states and to the people, not only essential to the adjustment and balance of the general system, but the safeguard to the continuance of a free government. I consider it as the chief source of stability to our political system, whereas the consolidation of the states into one vast republic, sure to be aggressive abroad and despotic at home, will be the certain precursor of that ruin which has overwhelmed all those that have preceded it." Robert E. Lee
