I'd say a good solid A+ for personalities. I've gotten so many Thank You's every single time they see me. So appreciative. Friendly, hard-working. 

A little insight for you... the previous 3 staffs were big binder guys; every player had a binder kept in a library in each of the Defensive and Offensive Meeting Rooms that stressed strengths, weaknesses, practices, gameplay, nutrition, conditioning, etc. I'm loving the fact that these guys are all digital only. No more binders. Everything on each player is up-to-the minute and located in a folder on their share drive so each Coach can assess and evaluate.

For the most part, they're modern thinking, high energy and extremely eager to push the program forward at a tremendous pace. I don't see anyone with a deer in headlights look or not doing something. They're watching film, assessing and strategizing like mad.

I think you're all going to like the outcome if we can just get the team to buy in quickly and congeal as a unit instead of a bunch of individuals.
