Perhaps he is unsure of himself, and that is his business...but most of us do not need to kiss another man to determine whether or not we may or may not be gay...with his logic, perhaps he should bed a sheep to determine whether or not he has leanings toward bestiality...maybe he should get himself 'tied up' into a relationship with a S&M practitioner to see if he leans that way...or perhaps he thinks we should 'test' a man's preferences by baiting them with children...???...
