Our economy is dependent on stimulus, our children are saddled with impossible debt not limited to the credit and student loan bubbles which may burst at any time, every aspect of our lives falls under the thumb of burdensome regulation, our federal agencies have been turned into partisan weapons to harass political critics, citizens are denied their ability to live their lives according to their own conscience,our citizens privacy is invaded at unprecedented levels, taxes are used to punish success, 1/6 of our economy has been turned over to the lobbyists of monopolistic corporations , our foreign policy is the weakest it has been in decades, we have abandoned allies and assisted enemies who are actively fighting against our interests,and our emperor fiddles (plays golf) while the world burns.

The talk now is that the POTUS is going to sign an EO limiting businesses' ability to do background checks on applicants. WTF?

So a pedophile will be able to get a job as a school janitor? A convicted felon from drug charges can get a job at my pharmacy and I can't check?

The state of the nation is not very strong. We are more divided than we have been in a century. And I don't see that trend reversing any time soon.
