The guy is simply a class act...he speaks eloquently and reflection of his attitudes shows how big his heart is...

For those that do not know the show...has well known people on who want to find out about their ancestry...this show was on a couple of nights ago, so anyone interested in seeing it should check their on-demand programming availabilities...

Emmitt wanted to know where in his background his white mix originated...he finds out about his distant grandfather, a slave owner, and learns that is the source of his white mix...the slave owner was a cold hearted person as documents indicated...Emmitt states that he is just happy his own heart is not like his ancestor...no hostile feelings towards someone who obviously abused his slaves, one of which is Emmitt's distant great grandmother...

He shows such an uplifting attitude, even when he finds issues that are difficult to confront...a class act indeed...
