Around the VS for very long. Many years ago, there was a player (Greg See) that was recruited to UF. He never had a chance to play his first down with the team due to brain cancer . I will try to link articles of his story below.

Someone suggested that the VS attempt to raise some money to help fly Greg home to rest in peace with his family around him. I offered to handle the fund raising to get the money to his mother ASAP since Greg didn't have much time. G74 and I didn't have the best history in the world, but he decided to use his money to inspire others to help. I wasn't about to argue with him (as I did so many other times!)

He offered up a challenge to match any large donations, and in fact put his money where his mouth was. This fantastic group of people, with the challenge from Jim, raised $7800 to fly Greg home to Pennsylvania to be with his family!
