What a degree from FSU costs v what it's worth....

hope this isn't Germans...http://www.dailymail.co.uk/femail/article-3212996/Frustrated-college-graduate-tries-sell-college-diploma-eBay-50-000-failing-job-four-years.html

It has nothing to do with what degree she earned or where she got it. I want every student to follow their dreams and major in whatever it is they want to major in, but do so knowing a number of things, not the least of which includes: First, you have to rise to the top. The number of students getting degrees and filing out into the market has grown drastically in recent years. Because of this, so has the competition. If you plan to work in the field in which you got a degree and succeed, you better know what you are doing, show your confidence, but be humble at the same time. Second, shut up and take a job doing something that will add to your knowledge base, experiences, and resume. Your degree doesn't guarantee the job you want right a way, but it sure as hell will help you later. Be grateful you had the opportunity to get it. It's going to be painful financially. You might even have to live with your folks or a bunch of friends crammed into an apartment, but the truth is that your internship was a good start, but you really do not yet know what you are doing. Go learn your trade. Third, work you ass off and smile while doing it, even if you have to clean the bathrooms or make copies. Nobody cares that you have a degree but they do care if you think you are better than anyone else. You are entitled to nothing and everyone knows your bladder is just fine and that you are checking snapchat and posting about how much you hate your job. Finally, don't burn one single bridge. Not one! You never know who you will see again. I can assure you that you will be surprised as to what happens somewhere down the road. Make sure it is a pleasant surprise; one that had to do with you being a good, pleasant person and a hard worker. As for you Ms. fsu graduate, I applaud your creativity but I wouldn't want you anywhere near my place of work.
