1.  First of all, it was wonderful seeing Swamp Woman and SmartAlecG8R back in Gainesville! It was also great to see the lovely Mrs. Albert, Allison, Albert, UFNY, and an extremely Happy Happy Gator. Bri, sorry I missed you.

2.  As Lee McGriff said, that was one for the ages.  My goodness. As for the fans who left early.....bwahahahahahaha!  ANY college football fan should know better than to do that.  It's part of what makes college football the greatest sport there is.

3.  Tackling.  Yeah, I know we had some misses, but give some credit to Hurd and Dobbs. They're beasts. One thing I did notice was that we were taking horrible angles all night.  Adjusting to SEC speed perhaps?

4.  Coaching. We've got the right guy.  He made Butch Davis pay for every single misstep.

5.  10 for 10 on 4th downs for the season so far?!?  That's not just luck, that's situational preparation.  See #4.

6.  I got a kick out of giving a grinning Randy Shannon a high five during Gator Walk. Who'd a thunk that would ever be possible a few years back?

7.  Will Grier took CHARGE in the 4th quarter. Directing traffic and making the plays when he had to. And I guarantee he's one sore Gator today.

8.  Investi said it very well below:  it's fun again. We will have some ups and downs as the season progresses, but there's no question in my mind we are headed in the right direction.

9.  A little factoid: the last true freshman WR to have over 100 yards receiving for the Gators? Reidel Anthony in 1994.
