Message Replied To ========== We seem to be on the right track, not "back", but maybe on the way back. Certainly time to be hopeful. This team will still take some lumps this season, IMO. Question I have, if McElwain ends up being the guy to orchestrate UF Football back to national prominance, who is going to get the credit for hiring him? Foley? LOL! You Foley haters might wanna start coming up with the conspiracy theories about who REALLY made this hire..... BBG ==============================We might turn around next week and lay an egg in Columbia. Even if we get that one, we could get crushed by LSU and UGA. But at the very least you feel like we have a team that can compete in those games. That we have coaches who know what the hell they're doing on offense. That the players "get it" and are actually learning how to win. We probably won't play as well as we did last night in many games this season -- but now this team knows it can. Such a far cry from the dumpster fire we saw under the previous head coach. |
