Assuming we beat FSU (for hypothetical purposes) Which would you prefer? 1) Play Bama in the SECCG with the unlikely possibility of winning and making the CFB playoff only to lose in the first round; or 2) Play Ole Miss in the SECCG with a more likely possibility of winning the SEC title and being left out of the CFB playoff. ==============================Beat Bama - we are officially back and legit contenders for a national title. Keep it competitive with Bama and that's better program momentum than a second win over Ole Miss even for an SECCG. Kids in California will be watching. Lose badly to Bama and so what? We were expected to lose badly. Besides, it can serve as an off season motivator for the staff and players that we still have a lot of work to do. I see little downside vs. Bama. An SEC vs Ole Miss would be great and all..... but WE WANT BAMA! I know, I know... be careful what you wish for....
