The guy is second to none when it comes to class and caring for others.  I have a good friend here in Flagler County who had the horrible misfortune of losing his 4 month old grandson to SIDS in November. The child's father--my friend's son--is a football coach for an NAIA school in Oregon and has had a terrible time dealing with this family tragedy, as you might imagine.  As fortune would have it, his school made the NAIA playoffs, which were conducted in Daytona last weekend. Grieving father and grandfather had the opportunity to spend time together in Daytona in the days leading up to the championship game. Then, at the Thursday evening practice, out of the blue appears Tim Tebow, who interruped his schedule to fly in to Daytona to spend time with the father, who, it turns out, was offensive corrdinator at Nease H.S. during Tim's tenure there. Tim wanted to comfort his coach/mentor from the past, and rather than just send a card or make a call, he took action and literally showed up for him.  This visit had a profound effect on the grieving family, and although I have never had a reason not to like the guy, I am a true believer in his personna and his good will for fellow man. That is all.
