"They're both dangerous. The biggest danger with Hillary is that unlike Trump" |
|
Message Replied To ========== Trump is dangerous, frighteningly so. But not nearly as scary as those who support him. * ============================== people turn a blind eye to the danger she represents. In the last 20 years under both major parties we've seen our constitutionally protected rights eroded and chipped away, and we seem more than happy to do it. We've allowed the executive to usurp Congress and the Constitution to suit whatever feel-good partisan agenda is deemed most important at the time. Hillary will take this to the next level, IMO. And the electorate will say "Thank you, ma'am, can we have another." We're more interested in keeping "our" side in power than working with both sides to make progress and actually solve problems. It's frustrating to know I have no real opportunity to vote for a competent, trustworthy leader in the upcoming election.
For all the ones voting for Trump because Hillary's their devil, there's just as many voting for Hillary only because they refuse to vote Republican. Given a candidate who better represents moderates, women, and minorities, the Republicans could win the election. But they will never nominate such a candidate. |
