"Wrong, wrong, wrong!"

I think Jeremy Foley is wrong on this one. To a kids thats never had $20. in his pocket much less

4-5 hundred..........a couple hundred dollars will make a difference if that kid is trying to chose between several schools. He needs to rework that formula if he wants Mac to be on equal grounds with our completion.

==============================

Financial Aid Offices are not in the business to make their school's football team more competitive, nor should they ever be in any way whatsoever. They are there to provide economic assistance to students seeking a degree, and they are also entrusted with many millions of our taxpayers' dollars with the responsibility to use those funds efficiently and honestly. Estimating a reasonable cost of attendance is a critical component in determining financial need for all students at their school.

 This thinking that the athletic department or even the president should monkey around with this is short-sighted and a dangerously slippery slope.
