| At on time, the Miami SeaQuarium had a small group of exceptionally long-lived dolphins. The only explanation for their longevity was in their diet which consisted solely of fledgling sea gulls. The SeaQuarium contracted with a guy in Melbourne to supply said gulls. One morning, a batch of gulls was being driven down I-95. But the night before, there'd been an escape at Lion Country Safari. One of the older escapees tired rather quickly and, around dawn, fell asleep on I-95. Sure enough, the driver of the van ran over the lion, killing it. And, sure enough, the FHP ticketed the guy. The charge? Are you ready? Drum roll..... Transporting young gulls across staid lions for immortal porpoises. |
