about shooting someone in the middle of the street. I doubt many people believe he plans to do that. He could have used the word "uproar" and it would have meant the same thing. He didn't. Trump speaks in hyperbole. Everything's a disaster. Everything's terrible. Everything's great. There's no gray. This is how he talks. He even followed up saying he wouldn't be advocating or leading whatever trouble ensued, but it could happen. No one prints that part.  This is such a non-story being pushed by media and his opponents.
