overrunning the board with their junior high antics, desperately wanting to argue about each and every little thing no matter how nonsensical they have to be in order to do so - so long as this or that particular poster said it - dragging it out for days etc etc.

3rd Ward never really had problems following the rules and that wasn't an issue with him (from my perspective).  People get rankled for different reasons...people who get called out invariably blame others.  We have posters who call people names and get indignant when a post is deleted when they call someone an #badword#.  

I think the bottom line is we are a massive mixture of personalities and moods and outside factors...and we will never make all people happy at the same time.  I have accepted I will be blamed for being unfair and that's just the way it is.  I do my best, my admins do their best.  We've had a ridiculously good and long run here.  I hope it continues but we are probably existing on house money now.
