First, the woman is a self-described anarchist who has a long history of being confrontational.  She is openly antagonistic wrt virtually any Republican or conservative public figure or position.  A quick check of her Facebook page confirms this.

Secondly, the Governor's visit to Gainesville was publicized in advance.  The woman lives in Palm Beach County.  She just "happens" to be in the same Starbucks at the same time as Rick Scott .... a good 4 hours away?  Color me skeptical.

No matter one's view of her actions, the more incredible assumption, given what is known sa far, is that she just happened to be in that Starbucks when Gov. Scott enters, recognizes him, unleashes her diatribe which just happens to be caught in its entirity by some bystander, which then pops up on media all over America.
