Message Replied To ========== don't cook Mexican for a living...unless you're...Mexican ============================== would seriously consider an American (like Bayless) cooking Mexican food "racist" or in some way offensive to Mexicans? This has got to be a fringe crap way of thinking that only a very small % of people actually buy into. Cooking and food is all about sharing, learning from other people and cultures, evolving and emulating, feeling good, sharing, etc. I've spent my entire life learning how to cook regional food from around the world and have been lucky enough to cook with people from all over, and I can tell you all of them have expressed genuine warmth and support in teaching me about their food. That's what it is all about.
