1. The recruiting board is crickets. Unless posts are positive the likes of UFNY, ncg8er, and Swamp Lizard will invade from the main board and attack the poster personally...with name calling. And despite their behavior being against board polices AND despite repeated (constant actually) occurrences, the mods and Mud let it go on.

2.So many regs continue to leave the VS. I have visited this site since 2001. Now, my visits are fewer and fewer and this is my second post since... not long after signing day. But I am appreciative of the posters who attack in packs and bully people off the board. I've been more productive at work.

Lava had a take. And despite what some want to believe, there are many, many fans (and college football commentators) are of the same view.

But instead of simply disagreeing with him...they attack, he gets beat up and the thread is locked.

much less start threads with yet another version of the fabled "the VS sucks and the admins are unfair" storyline.  Contrary to popular belief, we arent and don't try to be the thought police.  If some people are chronic complainers, and other people are chronic complainer bashers...that's life on a message board.  And if you choose to use a Lava post as an example of anything other than how to troll and stir #badword# up...you're starting with a bad premise.  He is quickly becoming more trouble than he is worth once again.
