Message Replied To ========== The worst thing about the last several years of fed govt and the coming years as well is that we conservative Americans haven't had nor will have a voice. We will be told to suck it up, as its a mandate of the people. While the GOP has run off the rails there is still a country full of people who will be ignored just as they have been. I am curious what the outcome of this will be. I think we are poised for some radically changing politics in the next 20-30 years. ============================== 1. The Conservative American voice instructing Republcan members of Congress to oppose Democrats at every turn has been heard loud and clear and they obeyed to the best of their abilities. That the results are not to your liking is the fault of the instructions you gave combined with the reality that there are other voices too. 2. Conservative Americans were presented with possibly the most robust slate of choices for the Republican nomination in modern history. Your collective voice said Trump. Having to live with the consequences of saying stupid stuff is not the same thing as not having a voice. |
