Message Replied To ========== I still can't understand why so many of you struggle to consider the notion that it's a bad idea for the US president to call out Islam. Not only is it provocative-- which is the opposite of what we need to be doing strategically-- but it's antithetical to the core principles of this country. I know many people don't like Obama and I think he's been a #badword#ty president, too. But this is not a difficult concept to grasp so people are either much more dense or much more stubborn than my already cynical mind previously thought.============================== How the left goes out of its way to defend Islam when gays are literally slaughtered by adherents, extremists, terrorists, and governments (looking at you, Tehran and Riyadh). We won't mention what goes on in the predominately muslim countries in Africa. Yet, a Christian baker won't make a gay wedding cake...and the left come absolutely unglued about Christian zealots, and Christianity in general being so evil. So, the violence committed by Muslims is separate from Islam...but discrimination by Christians has to be tied to and owned by Christians? Interesting.
