"It was superficially very good, but I don't want to be lectured" |
|
Message Replied To ========== Obama made a very powerful speech. I know others will find fault as they prefer to do, but I thought it was spot on. He addressed his lack of the use of the term "Radical Islam". Worth watching if you're interested. ==============================...for telling someone to speak clearly and truthfully. I don't want to be lectured by someone who told us on Sept11,2012 that AQ was defeated. I don't want be lectured by someone who told us that ISIS was the JV when his own people were saying the opposite and they capture a city with a million people. I don't want to be lectured by someone who drug his feet on ISIS until American heads started rolling across the ground and then have him change into his golf shoes. I don't want to be lectured by someone who has turned Iran loose on the Middle East so that he could have his legacy FP achievement. I don't want to be lectured by him about the "eyes of Syrian children" when those eyes have been shut for good by Iranian money. I don't want to be lectured by someone who broke the law about notifying Congress that he was going to exchange 5 high ranking Taliban leaders for one deserter. I don't want to be lectured by someone who compares Republicans to Iranian Hardliners. Most of all I don't want to be lectured by someone who refuses to take responsibility for anything that has happened on his watch and clings to every Leftist bromide as if it is one of the Ten Commandments. But superficially it was a great speech. |
