Let me get this straight, to combat terrorism we CAN: (1) detain someone without due process (even Americans) near Cuba for...um...as long as we want, (2) torture said persons, and (3) spy on all American conversations, without a warrant OR probable cause.

BUT making someone who has been flagged as a terrorist go through a reasonable procedure to get off the no-fly list IN ORDER TO OWN WEAPONS is just too much (smh). I mean hell, that might take more than a week!!!

This country has lost its damn mind when it comes to our gun addiction and our refusal to even consider common sense measures. And the "Constitution" and "liberty" references ring very hollow in light of what "conservatives" will tolerate.
