I live in a small gated community with about 50 homes on 3 streets.  The HOA scheduled to have our roads re-surfaced, and have been communicating with the residents for about a month on the timing/logistics etc via email, mailbox stuffers, flyers at the gate,  the HOA pres even went door to door etc.  Thursday was the day, and we had to have our cars out by 8 am or you would be stuck in the hood until after 8 pm that night when the tar dried.  We all parked in a church lot near the 'hood.  Except one person.  This person proceded to order lunch delivery at 11 am on Thursday, after the first coat had gone down, and when the delivery driver could not get through the gate b/c of the road work, he called this person on the call box and she..... wait for it, wait for it....... drove her car down to the gate, paid for the food (I assume, maybe she stole it), dropped a glass bottle of some kind in the road that shattered that she didn't pick up, and then backed into a resident's driveway (white concrete) tracking the freshly laid tar into this person's driveway and sped away back to her home in the back of the 'hood.  This was, of course, observed by 3 or 4 other people who live in the hood who happened to be out talking to the construction foreman. They walked up tp her house to say WTF and of course, she would not come to the door.  So Friday it has gotten onto the neighborhood's facebook site (didn't knowwe had one) and they have identified this person.  I'm curious about who it is, so I drive to the address, and low and behold, f$u alum sticker on back bumper.  Perfect.
