Message Replied To ========== Tebow speaking at the RNC... at least according to Deadspin. What do you all think? I'm trying to look at this objectively, but i am disappointed that Tim would choose this opportunity to make his political debut. Not necessarily because of Trump, but because of this backwards draconian party platform the RNC has put out. Plenty of people have tried to co-opt Tim into backing their political message, and he has avoided it up till now. This new development makes me think less of him, which sucks... #badword#, i was just hanging pics of him in my kids room. Personally I wish he would have start local first before getting in the national spotlight... doesn't anyone believe in getting some political experience (either firsthand, or via endorsements) at the local level first before throwing their hat in the ring? Feel free to tell me if you think I'm taking all this too harshly. ==============================He may be a great example of someone of good will and good faith who disagrees with you/us/whomever about methods, policy or even philosophy. Someone to remind us not to fall into the trap of demonizing people who disagree with us - even when it comes to important things. |
