Message Replied To ========== Again... When did we become so incapable? There was a time when educating all children equally was our duty. Sorry, if you have a pre-existing condition, that in my mind does not equal "you're screwed". I want better than that, sue me. ============================== When did we become so incapable? When was this? What golden age did this occur? When were we all capable?
Sorry, if you have a pre-existing condition, that in my mind does not equal "you're screwed". I want better than that, sue me.
You don't want better. You want everyone else to pay for it. You are admitting that the condition would cost more than the person is capable of paying over their life. So you want all the other people in the society to pay for your or your child's condition. But wait . . . do they do better?
Where is the absolute benevolence you seek? Government can only take from one and give to another (or put it on credit card which is taking from the future). When you reach saturation for the utopia of all in . . . this is what you get. The same kind of denial from government.
