It's a lot more fun to enjoy a win as an underdog than a win as the favorite. Bama in football, UK in Bball, and 2006 - 2009 UF in football were all teams expected to win that had little to gain and everything to lose in every single game. When you're in that position, it's more of a relief to win than anything. We are not getting much love this year and we are probably a year away from making a serious run at a championship, but the potential is there for a great season given...

Mac's kids, esp on offense. All these recruits Mac has brought in the last 2 years will make or break this season, and some will be playing their 1st game in the Swamp in 10 days including 4 potential starters in LDR, Thompson, Pineiro, and Massey. Combined with last year's key FR (Ivey, Jordan, Johnson, Callaway, Scarlett, and Cronkrite) and a slew of potential young backups that may see the field this year (Sandifer, Knight, Desir-Jones, Buchanan, Cleveland, Swain, Perine, Taylor, Trask), we have a lot of young talent on offense ready to show out and it's gonna be fun to watch!

We're an experienced and deep team on defense, but like most everyone else, I'm pretty excited to see Zuniga, Johnson, Clayton, Gardner, Moon, Reese, Joseph, and Putu make their 1st appearances on Steve Spurrier-Florida Field a week from Saturday.
