How much money are we willing to throw at an already piss-poor managed agency? http://www.cnn.com/2014/12/22/politics/va-waste/ http://www.thefiscaltimes.com/2015/04/26/VA-Wastes-Millions-Still-Wants-More-Vets-Wait-Care============================== that money could be better spent on vouchers to allow veterans to see private practices and public facilities since the VA is incapable, or unwilling, to see patients in a timely manner (if at all). Not to mention that in my visits to the VA, I've become convinced that the rent-a-docs at the VA are only there because they would otherwise be unemployed. I'm sure there are good doctors in the VA system, I've just never met one. |
