So a guy running for POTUS in an election that is 60 days out in a time when my 12 year old kid has read about Syria and Aleppo because it is in the news - this guy gets a pass on this b/c you think most people didn't know about Aleppo 10 years ago? You know what, it's not 10 years ago, it's now, and Aleppo is in the news all the time and in the paper all the time. I'm sorry, but that way of thinking is missing the point. His JOB potentially is going to be about knowing about these people and places and issues. He didn't know. He should know. And yes, I knew where Aleppo was 10 years ago b/c I knew about the pepper by the same name and from that region. BBG ==============================Just not as much as a Secretary of State not understanding what is classified vs what is not, or another candidate realizing who are enemy is in Russia. |
