Message Replied To ========== Another unarmed black man gunned down at the side of the road . . .  http://www.cnn.com/2016/09/20/us/oklahoma-tulsa-police-shooting/ It seems like they operate under the assumption we can shoot anyone who doesn't obey us. We send our military to war with much stricter ROEs versus known enemies of the United States than the police seem to have dealing with American citizens. And how backwards is it that they go to console the shooter while the shooting victim lies there likely bleeding out no one checking on him at all for several minutes while he lay dying?..... (ROE - rules of engagement - when deadly force is authorized) |
