in any capacity and multiply that number by 5 and you might come close to the number of people needed to put on a major college football game.

I think part of the issue is that most of the media guys that have hot takes on UF-LSU show up and take the elevator to their spot on media row, watch the game, write their story and then head home... they don't see/know everything that is involved in putting on the event.

SAFE - ushers/security at every gate, section entrance, in the concourses, etc (come in from Jax/Orlando)

Elite Enterprises - Janitorial staff in every stadium restroom, TDT, Champions Club, Skyboxes, concourses, etc

Verizon - wireless  

Cox Cable - doing cable stuff :-) 

Thyssen Krupp - elevator and escalator maintenance 

Centerplate - Concessions

Royal Restrooms & Amason - porta potties for parking lots and all other areas.

WCA -  waste

Various agencies sorting waste from recyclables.

Caterers - at least 4 on site on gameday

Gainesville Ice - delivering at 4 am for a 3 pm game! 

Golf Cart rentals - transport medically needy fans to their vehicles, transport recruits and families to and from functions

Various alcohol distributors because BOOZE!

PepsiCo - Gatorade and Pepsi products

Dominos Pizza

Bus lines - bring players, coaches from hotels in Ocala to stadium

ACFR - Paramedics and EMT's working First Aid in stadium aid stations, working medical operations command central in Press level skybox, MSU bus on SE corner of stadium drive

GPD - Security on sidelines, on field, at gates, snipers on roofs around stadium, patrolling outside stadium

ASO - Security on sidelines, on field, at gates, escorting team and coaches from hotel to stadium, snipers on roofs around stadium, 

UPD - Security on sidelines, on field, at gates, escorting team and coaches from hotel to stadium, snipers on roofs around stadium, 

FHP - security detail on and off the field 

Homeland Security - Doing more than you know!

FBI - Doing FBI-y stuff! 

Shands - Medical personnel working medical operations and supervising Aid Stations

UF - Ciccerones, Sustainability Team, O'Dome staff work Fan Fest, president's office works President's box area,  

The Press - from WRUF to CBS to SEC Network TV Crews including satellite truck in our loading dock in NEZ. 

College of Pharmacy & College of Medicine - provide pharmacy and medical students trained in CPR/First Aid to assist UAA Risk Management by working with ACFR in Aid Stations. 

UAA Departments Working Home Game day- Operations, Risk Mgt (my department works medical operations), Ticket Office, Maintenance, Marketing & Promotions, Accounting, Administration (all the AD's), Compliance, Aviation, Communications (Steve McClain, Tim Casey, Scott Carter and all the writers, etc), Gator Boosters, Sportshop, GatorVision, Spirit (Cheer & Mascots), Hawkins Center (hosting recruits), IT making sure all phones and connectivity are functional, Licensing (checking all merchandise being sold is not counterfeit), Nutrition (making sure Student athletes are fed and hydrated properly), Procurement (also me, buying whatever we need to function on gameday) Training Room (tending injuries on the field), Strength/Conditioning (keeping players warmed up and ready to play), and all other sports are hosting recruits 

And don't forget the entire Football department!

So, that's about 3/4 of the folks I work with on home game Saturdays as I'm forgetting several more!
