I keep hearing that the offense is no good because of Muschamp, don't hear much about the last 2 defenses being good because of Muschamp. Looking to next season, if the offense is still poor, and the defense takes a significant step back, is it still Muschamps fault? As a business, the Gator Football program is near bankruptcy. We are looking for big dollar investors (4 and 5 star), but cant attract any. Our market value continues to sink with McElwain. I don't think many businesses would wait 3 or more years to change leadership when the company's reputation and profits are declining the way the Gator Football program is. The current situation warrants a change as urgently as the Muschamp situation did, as they are quite similar. It could be this situation will be worse, because we aren't even close to a good offense, but we are close to a weaker defense. Yeah Yeah but we won the east 2 years in a row, but without any improvement in play. That's great, but it does nothing for the future direction of this program.==============================

We haven't talked about the D because it hasn't been an issue thus far. Muschamp gets plenty of both credit (where he did well on D) and blame (where he didn't do well on offense).

The business comparison is ludicrous. "Near bankruptcy"? In comparison to what, Alabama? By any rational measure the team is doing fine.

Football programs can't be logically compared to simple business cycles, they work completely differently. A better comparison would be like saying "GM hired a new CEO and he/she didn't completely change every model and every manufacturing process in 2 years so they should be fired". That, like firing a football coach 2 years in after significant success, would be idiotic.

Between that comparison and "yeah yeah we won the SECE 2 yrs in a row", you're rapidly losing credibility here. Take a break.
