I have always gotten the highest ratings..so much so that I won "awards" for having perfect patient satisfaction ratings for the past ten years. 5 stars out of five.

I suddenly dropped to 4.5 stars last week. I thought it was odd because I did not receive any complaints. None of my patients transferred their care to anyone else.

I looked at all of the other oncologists in town and noticed the same thing. EVERYONE had received a single anonymous poor evaluation within the past two weeks. It was particularly devastating to the rating for the new doctor I hired last year because she had NO OTHER RATINGS. She is now "reported" as 1 out of 5 stars!

I thought this was odd..until I saw that my local county hospital has now hired a new oncologist who is starting next week. And they are advertising him as the "highest rated oncologist in our community" as per the physician rating sites.

I wonder who gave me the single poor score to ruin my perfect rating?==============================

If I had known this would hurt someone's business I would have been clicking dislike on Saban years ago.
