On January 22nd, I report to my new job on St. Thomas, USVI.
I'm getting out of the intel game (on the civilian side, I'm still in the reserves a few more years until retirement), and into federal law enforcement.
So gone is BammerFan, US Army Counterintelligence Special Agent, and in comes BammerFan, Special Agent with Immigrations and Customs Enforcement, Homeland Security Investigations branch.
That's right...I sold out. I'm working for DHS. You can judge me while I'm sipping rum on the beach while the sun sets in the Caribbean. I did it all for the mandatory retirement at 57 and pension...sue me.
