Okay so help me out here, am I understanding correctly... you're saying that the pushers of ACA sold, essentially, the ACA's soul just to get it passed by appeasing and getting final "approval" by these entities who were so opposed initially?  So in truth, a far weaker option was passed JUST TO BE PASSED and so they can say, "we did it" as opposed to fighting for the best option?

Reid and Pelosi: we are stupud dumb#badword#s so we will just have our staffs write it
